YOGA | SPORTS STRETCH

Connect in and listen deeply to inner wisdoms, awaken by connecting movement, deep breathing and yoga or stretching postures. Classes are a combination of Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative Yin Yoga Therapy and individually designed to suit all skill levels and ability. An energising practice to mindfully Breathe Well.

Deep relaxation and meditation is essential to nourish the nervous system. When living a fast pace life that has become the norm, ‘consciously resting’ enables balance to return. Who we are.

My name is Chelsea and I come from Yorta Yorta country, home of the long neck turtle, the billabong and river wetlands. My animal totem is the platypus. I honour our ancestors of the past, am grateful for the present moment, and respect our planet for ancestors of the future. I believe that all of life is connected and to be honoured with sacred ceremony.

Qualifications include Certificate III & IV Fitness, 200ERYT Yoga Teacher, Usui Reiki Practitioner, Kahuna/ Balinese Massage Therapist, Dynamic Movement Therapist, Weight Loss and Eating Disorder Coach, NDIS Certification, Outdoor Adventure Therapy, Mentoring Youth, FGASA Nature Field Guide and Graduate Diploma of Counselling student.
