How we do it.

ONE ON ONE

Private counselling and wellbeing sessions are tailored to your personal needs and goals. Drawing on evidence-based therapeutic approaches alongside holistic wellness practices, programs may include counselling for trauma, addictions, and eating disorders incorporating yoga and movement therapy, sound, mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation therapy, nutrition planning, home organisation, and practical strategies for motivation, self-esteem, and life direction.

SMALL GROUP

Small group programs create a supportive environment for growth, connection, and skill development. Sessions are tailored to the group’s shared goals and can combine therapeutic elements with wellness practices such as eco-therapy, yoga, fitness, nature hiking, mindfulness, relaxation, and healthy home or kitchen workshops. Programs are designed to foster emotional resilience, healthy relationships, and sustainable lifestyle habits.

CORPORATE

Innovative workplace wellness programs enhance team wellbeing, resilience, and performance. Services are delivered online or onsite, and may include mental health and resilience training, stress management, counselling support, mindfulness, yoga, sound relaxation or movement therapy, massage, and healthy lifestyle workshops. All programs are tailored to your team’s culture, challenges, and goals.

NDIS COMMUNITY

Recreational activities support social skills development and community participation for individual participants, SIL teams, support workers and company management. Workshops are tailored to personal or team goals. Improve health, motivation and wellbeing with one or any combination of modalities including counselling, yoga, fitness, meditation, mindfulness, healthy home or kitchen programs to build confidence, connection, and quality of life.

Who we are.

My name is Chelsea and I come from Yorta Yorta country, home of the long neck turtle, the billabong and river wetlands. My animal totem is the Bee. Honouring our ancestors of the past, with gratitude for the present moment, and respect for our planet and ancestors of the future, I believe that all of life is connected and to be honoured with sacred ceremony.

Qualifications include Master of Counselling & Psychotherapy, Certificate III & IV Fitness, 200ERYT Yoga Teacher, Usui Reiki Practitioner, Kahuna/ Balinese Massage Therapist, Dynamic Movement Therapist, Weight Loss and Eating Disorder Coach, NDIS Certification, Outdoor Adventure Therapy, Mentoring Youth, and FGASA Nature Field Guide.
